LLOYD DIXON, USAF, RET.
Lloyd Dixon received his B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Arizona in 1972 and his M.S. degree in Systems Management from the University of Southern California in 1988. In 1991, Lloyd retired as a major in the United States Air Force after a total of 24 years of active duty service. Following his military career, Lloyd worked as an Economic and Community Development Analyst II with the County of San Bernardino, California Economic Development Agency until his final retirement in 2011. He is an alumni of the San Bernardino County Management and Leadership Academy, Class of 1999, and a graduate of the First 5 San Bernardino Capacity Building Academy, Cohort #2, in 2012. He currently serves as Board Chairman of High Desert New Beginnings, Inc., based in San Bernardino County, California, and is its representative with the Inland Empire Community Collaborative, consisting of over 30 nonprofit organizations serving San Bernardino and Riverside Counties.
