We deploy our own award-winning process to help students apply a growth mindset to learning, absorbing, and practicing behaviors that increase their social and emotional intelligence through curated, immersive experiences. The principles and language are taught to students and their adult caregivers (parents, teachers, counselors, youth workers, etc.) to help create common vocabulary and build positive relationships and alliances between students and adults. Ultimately, students are encouraged to apply their learning in the role of servant-leaders, affecting the environment around themselves through strength of character, kindness, empathy, and perseverance in the face of life's challenges. This is the foundation upon which career-ready youth can connect with partnering employers for work experience opportunitie.
